 Becoming an authorized Bonart Medical Technologies Dealer in the United States is simple with our 3-step process:

 1)     To fill out our Authorized Dealer Agreement Form, click here or call us at 1-888-5-BONART (1-888-526-6278).  

 2)     Upon approval, we will establish your account with us and send you our dealer catalogue listing all of our products, pricing, terms and conditions, and warranty and after service information.

 3)     To order, simply send us a written purchase order. We accept credit card payment for orders within the United States only (refer to payment terms), and net 30 day terms are available for established customers only. For all orders generated outside of the United States, we can only accept wire transfer of funds (T/T)-no exceptions.
